Love the location
5/5 We had a great time at this house. There was more room than we needed and it was such a nice neighborhood I want to look for a place to buy. The 3 baths and 3 bedrooms are a wonderful feature. The three of us only used 3 of the 6 beds available. We brought our dog and found there were dogs in most of the houses nearby. She had a nice fenced in deck to sit on and look out over the open space behind us.
We had some trouble with one of the TV's but only on one night and just that TV. Some said that the carpet was not the nicest, but I thought it was fine.
It would be nice to have the hot tub and fireplace working but that did not detract from our stay. It was easy to get to the mountains to ski and more convenient than being in Breckenridge.
I would definitely stay there again.

4/5 It was a nice enough rental but had a few things that could make it better. We were unable to use the fireplace which was a big let down because a fire after skiing is always a cozy way to end the day. The hot tub water level was very low by day 2 the jets weren’t even under the water anymore. The unit was clean but the carpet in the bedrooms was very old, and felt gross to walk on without socks or slippers. But overall it was a good location, plenty of space for our group and the living area was nice and open for us to enjoy.
