However, it is typically very cool in the evenings and overnight in the summers, with temperatures in the lower 50s Fahrenheit overnight, due to the high alpine location. So, it is typically easy to keep the condo cool in the summer by opening the windows in the evenings
- On-site garage parking is free during the summer months. In the winter ski season, a $24/day fee is required and can be paid for on the community website prior to arrival

- The property is located within the resort boundary of Winter Park Resort. The condo is located in the Fraser Crossing/Founders’ Pointe complex. The condo is in the Fraser Crossing building, which is accessed via the common Fraser Crossing/Founders’ Pointe underground parking garage
- If arriving by shuttle, proceed past the Fraser Crossing/Founders’ Pointe garage entrance and the Founders’ Pointe lobby entrance. The Fraser Crossing lobby entrance will then be the next building on the right

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- During ski season, there is a gated access point to the resort. Upon arrival, inform the guard at the parking hut that you're renting Unit 3514 in Fraser Crossing and you'll be parking in the Fraser Crossing/Founders' Pointe garage
- Once the gate is opened, continue driving straight along Winter Park Dr, and you'll see the Fraser Crossing/Founders' Pointe garage on your right. Use the QR code delivered after you purchased parking to gain access
- Once inside the parking garage, you will be beneath the Founders' Pointe building (aka Building 4). Follow the signs to the Fraser Crossing building (Building 3, where the condo is located) by turning left and continuing through the underground tunnel
- It is recommended to park on the P1 level, as this is where the ski lockers are located. After going through the underground tunnel, take the ramp on the right to level P1 and park as close as possible to the lobby entrance. You'll see luggage carts near the entrance. Please feel free to use a cart to transport your belongings to the condo
- If you use a luggage cart, please return it to the cart corral on level P1 once you've finished unloading
- Take the elevator up to the 5th floor and walk around the hallway until you see Unit 3514 on your left
- Fraser Crossing and Founders' Pointe buildings look very similar. If all the unit numbers you see start with a 4, you are in Founders' Pointe. If you find yourself there, leave and go to the building next door
- The building's common-area doors lock at 11:00 PM each night. The code to access them after 11:00 PM is 3514# + the keyless entry code to the condo provided to you by the Guest Contact. Outdoor amenities are also accessed using this code

REQUIRED PARKING REGISTRATION
- If your stay is during ski season, you'll need to pay and register for parking on the following website prior to arrival: https://shorturl.at/Ff7oW
- The website will indicate that the parking rate is $99/day. To get the correct daily parking rate of $24/day in the winter or free parking in the summer, enter the unit's coupon code of 246603 when prompted
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Skis and snowboards are not permitted inside the condo. They can be stored inside the private on-site locker

While the bike cage is locked overnight, it is strongly recommended that you bring your own cables and locks to lock your bikes within the bike cage for additional security
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
