5/5 Super cute property. Very nice backyard for dinner al fresco. Took me 25 minutes to walk to convention center in AM through historic lively neighborhoods. Loved it!

Great Place to Stay!
5/5 We stayed in this unit for 4 nights in early June. It is exactly as advertised. Super clean and very well appointed. The communication before and during was the best I’ve experienced. I was concerned about street parking but that was a non issue. We ended up taking Uber into town anyway. The neighborhood is diverse and safe. The unit itself is small but plenty for the 4 of us. I’d recommend this rental.

5/5 Stayed here with wife and two kids for spring break. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed. We didn't have a car, so we walked and rode Metro everywhere. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and the close-by LeDroit market was very convenient for snacks, etc. Property manager was very help and quick to respond; they let us in a little bit early and mailed us a couple stuffed animals that my son accidently left.

This Home was very clean and cute, we got everything we needed and more. So glad they even provided kids toys and games. We really enjoyed the entire apartment. Great location. The host was nice and very helpful.
