4/5 It was great overall, just chairs loose. Everything was as described in the picture, pool had debris in it but we found the stick to take most of it out, and we all had fun!

Great central location!
4/5 Very cute little house in a convenient location! 3rd bedroom couldn’t be used as iit was the access door to the pool. But the second bedroom had three beds so worked well for the kids! Only negative was the 2nd 1/2 bath is outside.

4/5 The location was convenient to visit family in Bradenton and Sarasota. We had an issue with the toilet in the laundry area, contacted the host and she was very responsive! The toilet was an antique so needless to say it was replaced within 24 hrs of our arrival. We were very pleased with the communication with the host and owners! Great little place to stay! We will definitely re-book when in the area!
