• pics are definately outdated and the pool is not at 80 degrees as the add states

  I was excited about renting this place, but after renting it, you can tell that there is a huge difference between the pictures and the actual place.

  Everything is outdated, the chairs and sofa are all scratched with pieces of material falling off, the pool was dirty, and the ad says that the temperature is always 80 degrees, which is absolutely not true.

  I emailed the owner as soon as I got there about it still waiting for a reply.

  The screen over the pool has holes all over it, so you get eaten alive by bugs.

  They have some chairs on the dock that are so nasty you don't even want to be there anymore.

  The BBQ is disgusting, they say on the ad that it must be cleaned by every tenant but it looked like it wasn't clean in a while and that brings me to my last point if i am paying for cleaning service i shouldn't be there cleaning other people shit i am paying for a service i should be getting one.

  With that said, unfortunately, I can't recommend.

  Hi JP, we’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your comments, we followed up with the homeowner, who provided the following clarifications:
  – The home is thoughtfully maintained, with furniture regularly inspected and replaced as needed. While minor wear from normal use may occur, we will complete an additional review to ensure everything remains in excellent condition.
  -We’ve ordered six new kitchen chairs to replace the ones that were peeling, as the original style is no longer available. Larger furniture replacements can take time due to stock availability.
  – The pool is professionally serviced on a weekly schedule, with the temperature set to 80 degrees. That said, heavy rain or storms can occasionally affect water quality and cause temporary temperature fluctuations.
  – The screen enclosure was recently re-screened, but we will arrange for a follow-up inspection to ensure it remains secure and in good condition.
  – Our cleaning team confirmed that the barbecue was cleaned prior to your arrival. As a shared courtesy, guests are also asked to clean the grill after use. Please note that the grill is relatively new and well maintained.
  We truly value your feedback and your stay, and we remain committed to delivering the best possible experience for all our guests.
