4/5 Overall very nice, communication with the person in charge was excellent. My only complaint was the pool. It was not clean, full of bugs. The had skimmer was broken. We replaced it 25. And spent house cleaning it only to have the next morning more bugs. The dock by the boat also has a loose board could be a hazard. Nice home great kitchen!

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed our place, albeit for the local midge swarm, common to SW Florida, that coincided with your stay.
These easily pass through pool screens seeking the freshwater pool rather than the saltwater canal outside the pool cage. There’s no sure way to prevent them since pesticides don’t work on adults. Without organic material to feed on in clean pools, they're around for only a day or so, just long enough to be a pain.
The torn leaf net on the end of the telescopic pool pole is what you replaced. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and are happy to reimburse you. We'll be in touch with you on how best to do that. To clarify, the skimmer in the pool is working well.
The loose board on the dock was already scheduled for repair after you left. It has since been repaired.

5/5 The house was absolutely amazing and Dave and Kristi were great hosts! My kids had a blast swimming in the pool everyday and fishing off the dock in the backyard. The house is really close to a lot of fun things to do with family. We were able to do an early check in and any questions or concerns Dave was on the ball!

5/5 My family spent a relaxing long weekend at the Cape Coral house. The house had everything we could need. The pool was refreshing. The first day we arrived there were manatees in the canal. Perfect stay.
