  The house is beautiful and neatly kept. We did have a few issues. There were 9 adults staying in this house, there were enough beds but not enough bedding. No sheet or blankets for the air mattress and no bedding for the bottom trundel. After first night it was discovered one of the queen sized beds had a broken board as both people sleeping fell to the middle, luckily we had a handyman with us and he ran to Mendards and fixed it, after sending proof to my contact Sarah, we were reimbursed $20.00 for the material.

  We did notify her of debris in and around the pool area and she advised that the pool pump was not working, I believe this was a known fact prior to our arrival they did have someone come out to fix it but unfortunately it was the day before our departure. With 9 adults we were only provided 4 towels for the pool area so we advised Sarah and received some via Amazon two days prior to our departure. We were told we would get a refund of a little over $190.00 for our troubles but not sure how they came up with that amount.

  The property was nice. The pool and outside area was fantastic. The house was a little dirty. An empty beer can was left in one of the showers. We had 9 people stay. There isn't enough towels. The kitchen had some supplies. Could use more. The beach accessories were nice to have and use. Kayaks and fishing stuff was great. Location was great. There were no kitchen dishrags or towels . Could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, we had a great stay at the property.

  -Each bathroom is stocked with two towel sets, with extras available in the bathroom closet—enough to accommodate up to ten guests. Had the property manager been notified, they would have been happy to assist.

  Overall the experience was good. Great communication with Sarah, she was very responsive and helpful. A little hiccup with the check-in, we were told we could check in anytime the day we arrived that the house would be cleaned the day before. When we arrived the cleaning lady was there and told to come back in an hour and half. Sarah text immediately to apologize. Therefore I believe the cleaning was not thorough as there was spots that were not clean. Not terrible but the kids found a vape. There was not enough sand in the shuffleboard to enjoy playing, no remote in one of the bedrooms but honestly nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. The pool was fabulous and sitting by the canal was very enjoyable. Plenty of pool toys. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. There are beach towels available and a nice wagon and chairs for the beach. Fishing poles available(one was broke upon arrival), bring your own tackle. Neighbors came over to show pics of an alligator they saw, we did end up getting to see it from afar. We were a group of 8 and it was perfect for everyone to sleep comfortably. Would definitely recommend.
