  The location and view were great. In the canal, we saw a manatee and a small shark! We were looking for quiet and this place meets that requirement. I'm a walker and there was lots of areas to walk. The pool was lovely and the view of the canal was very nice. There was everything that you needed for a week available in the home. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked without issue. The bathrooms were clean and the shower looked recently renovated. My husband likes to fish and was able to do that easily right off the dock! There's a giant TV and lots of streaming shows to watch. There were lots of books and DVDs -- if you have to stay inside. The home is located close to a Publix and not far from a Walmart Grocery Store. Wifi was excellent. Communication with the manager of the house was prompt and responsive.

• Awesome house

  We had a great trip to Cape Coral, other than some traffic issues it is a really neat city. The house was fantastic, very clean, very nicely decorated. It had anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The view sitting by the pool was the high light. Watching all the boats go by and even seeing a few manatees. We would definitely come back to the house and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and a great house.

  I was very iffy on renting this place for my family vacation with my 2 kids fiance and his brother. This location is AMAZING. We are big into fishing and got to see so many species of fish in the canal and DOLPHINS. For the price this place is worth it's weight in gold.

  Close to the beach, our kids really enjoyed the space and the pool. Very convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. Will definitely plan on staying here again for Christmas vacation next year!
