• Beautiful home with amazing location

  Would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect with beach access literally across the street. Kept us from having to mess with public parking lots and beach access points. There was even a beach wheelchair rental company in the area that dropped off and picked up from this house. Our section of the beach was not crowded at all. There were plenty of towels and ‘extras’ at the house to use which I appreciated. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the microwave did not work, there were a couple minor maintenance issues that need addressed, and I didn’t like that I had to text a host to get a door access code the day of check in. Usually VRBO rentals provide everything directly through the app, but that is not the case with this property (although this might be a FL thing because we had this experience with our Orlando area rental as well). The host was reasonably quick to respond and helpful/polite. They allowed us to check in early. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and had a great trip.

• Cocoa Beach Stay

  We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament in Viera. The distance was close enough to go play and then relax at the house and beach. The property was excellent. The house had every amenity needed and was beautiful inside and out. It was also located very close to the beach which made accessibility easy.

• Nice house

  We have stayed in this home in the past and loved everything about it before but now….

  The master Bedroom is SOOOOOO uncomfortable, it’s actually 2 twin mattress on top so it makes a large hill in the middle (we ended up sleeping on the couch)

  Hi Howard, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. The master bedroom has a separator pad that seems to have shifted out of place, causing the hill in the middle of the bed. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we can make things right - the local contact would have been happy to assist with any issues. We apologize you experienced an issue but appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the top-notch service they are known for.

  This property made for an excellent home base for our family of seven on our five day Florida vacation. The home’s convenient location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping made for a relaxing and fun filled experience. Our absolute favorite part of the property was the private backyard that felt like our own paradise! We swam in the pool everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, and enjoyed as much time as we could outside. We were also extremely impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the home. Overall, everyone in my family enjoyed the stay and would recommend this home for your next getaway!
