It was ok , but disappointed with screened in area
2/5 The place was in a great location , but pretty outdated. The furniture was wore out , the bedroom FANS need to be replaced and were very noisy and hard to sleep . The day bed was terrible and wore out , also has pee stains all over mattress cover . The sliding glass door on the screen porch was very hard to open and lock. We were not able to use the screened in porch much due to mosquitos and gnats coming in through openings in screen. Please also need a can opener!!! I had to open cans with a knife and very frustrating.. We were disturbed with checking out because a man showed up at 9:30 and was digging through trash and walking around property. We felt rushed to check out … The trash situation needs to be more clear . We still enjoyed our stay and these things didn’t ruin our trip , but wanted yall to have feedback

Quiet, comfortable getaway
4/5 This is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The house offers many amenities and a lovely lanai. It is located between the town of Crystal River and the Gulf coast beach with access to several boat launches. The house was quite clean with the exception of 2 area rugs There was an issue with the sheets not being available or just worn out but other than those 2 complaints, the house was quite enjoyable.
