Moving back to FL
3/5 We stayed here while we were waiting for our rental to be ready as we are moving back to Florida after a brief family emergency had us out of state for a few years. This rental was adequate but not as clean as we hoped. Blinds and vents were very dusty. Master shower extremely small which was not shown in pics, lawn was not mowed until the last day we were there, beds not very comfortable, laundry in garage was inconvenient because it was hot and washer wouldn’t fill on any setting. For the price we paid we would say it was definitely not worth the money. We were happy our rental was ready earlier than expected.

- We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns to our attention and will be following up with our cleaning team to ensure areas like vents and blinds are more thoroughly addressed in the future.
- We're sorry the main bedroom shower felt cramped; while it may not have suited your needs, there is a second bathroom with more space available for guest use.
- Our lawn care is handled by a commercial service, and they do a great job. However, their schedule has to be adjusted occasionally due to weather.
- While we've had positive feedback about the beds from other guests, we understand comfort is highly personal and are sorry they weren’t a good fit for you.
- The washer has been used since your stay without issues, and we wish we’d known about your concerns sooner. We reached out on your first day, but didn’t hear back, and could have helped address these issues during your stay.

5/5 Outstanding property for two guys to lay their head for a couple days to do some fishing in Crystal River… The price was extremely Affordable and the property was comfortable, clean and no hassle!

Great little house
5/5 There were 7 adults staying for our manatee vacation. The house was nice and very clean. It had what we needed for the two nights. The couple that had to sleep on the pull out couch said that their bed wasn’t great, but for two nights, not bad. The host was awesome.
