2/5 The linens weren't fresh and there wasn't enough bath towels for everyone and the plumbing was stopped up for 2 days and the host didn't answer the phone on the weekends

- We apologize for the plumbing issue you experienced. While we worked quickly to get a maintenance professional out, we understand this was frustrating.
- Our guest contact does respond on weekends. However, there may have been a short delay, and we’re sorry this affected your experience.
