  When we arrived I walked through the house and took pictures of things that were broken. Towel bar hanging off the wall, handrail going upstairs that was broken, outlets in kitchen that were not working. Some of us had to use beach towels as there were not enough bath towels. Contacted property manager with the issues we had. I was told hand rail would be fixed so we could make sure everyone coming down the steps would be safe. We were told that they had pictures and the hand rail was not broken prior to our areival. I have the pictures of when we walked into the house showing it was. Needless to say they came out at 8:20 pm on our last night, which was our 7th day, and til it down so they could match it up and get it fixed. I am not going to go into everything else but I have text messages from property management that says we never gave them authorization to fix it and my text messages say different. I am going to stop here as this is the way the whole trip went and it made a fun vacation not so fun. We lost s

  Hi Steve, we're sorry your stay fell short of expectations. The homeowner would like to address your concerns:
  - We take pre-arrival inspections seriously, and our Guest Contact documents the home's condition with photos and videos taken right before check-in and after check-out to ensure everything is accounted for.
  - Regarding the handrail, it was fine in the photos taken before your arrival, but we still responded to your report and came by to take measurements for a replacement. This process can take a couple of days, and while we regret the delay, we did follow up with you during your stay.
  - The towel bar issue has since been addressed, and according to the photos, there were ample towels stocked in the laundry area.
  Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

  Place was pretty rough, there was some items that were missing or broken. Our first night they sent in a repair guy at 8pm, without us knowing ubtil after the fact, to repair a railing. Really? 8pm. The pool and hot tub were not heated, or clean. Got what we paid for.

  We’re do I begin! We got to the house and to my surprise it was not clean!Floors had liquid spills on them, walls were dirty as well as the carpet was so bad! The ice machine, the bathtub in master all broken, not to mention the dish’s and pots and pans were dirty no one had cleaned them!There are not very many pots and pans, no can opener nothing ! No toilet paper or paper towels no cleaning products or dish soap nothing!Now for the pool area it was a mess, the pool heat is broken ! No hot tub, pool deck was black and moldy! Pool its self was so dirty! Cushions on the chairs were all dry rotted! Not the vacation home one would expect! Very disappointed! I have pictures but don’t know how to upload them!

  El tamaño de la casa está bien, muy cómoda, pero tengo que decir que la sala de juegos es muy mala (pool y Ping pong). Los muebles más o menos y la ropa de cama deja bastante que desear.
