    The location is convenient . The condo wasn’t in the best condition. We did reach out to the property manager and she was very responsive. Master fan and light didn’t work, pull out sofa was broken, towels were damp apon arrival, slider lock was broken . A/C was good, beds were comfortable. The amenities at the location are great.

    From the Owner: "I’m very sorry for the difficulties you experienced during your stay. The guests before you caused significant damage to the sleeper sofa bedframe, and unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to replace it before your same-day check-in. The sofa has since been replaced with a brand-new version. The towels were also missing after the previous stay, and while our cleaning staff worked quickly to wash and prepare replacements, there wasn’t quite enough time to fully dry them before your arrival.

    The master fan and light are fully functional, but some guests find the pull chains and remote controls a bit confusing. We’ll make instructions clearer going forward. The sliding door lock has been adjusted and now works smoothly. All of the issues you mentioned have been addressed, and we truly hope you’ll consider staying at The Palms again for a better experience in the future."

    The resort was perfect! Everyone there was very helpful. The pool was nice and cool after a long day out and avout in Destin, it was nice to return to a refreshing pool. I will say, I asked about the pool tables in the pictures, and was told they hadnt been there for a while. Other than that, I want to go back soooon!
