Weekend getaway
4/5 The property is exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. The only problem was that the kayak launch on the property is a pickup for a company and there's a lot of people coming through all day. Many of the kayakers thought it was part of the company and sat on the patio, some even asked to use the bathroom.

3/5 Three stars for the lack of transparency in the ad. Kayak launch is used by a company and there was a consistent flow of people hanging out Saturday. Detracted from the privacy and tranquility especially since the kitchen window didn't have curtains.

5/5 The house was great! There was docking available on the river which was a bonus. Great location for a great price.
Weekend getaway
5/5 Atmosphere for being on the river was very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and swing area as well as the water access.We had an event scheduled near by and was the perfect weekend location to unplug.
