  This condo fit our needs. We had a relaxing time. It is away from night life. Loved the tiki bar at night. Stays open late. Walked 1 mile to get to restaurants and shops.

• Disappointing Stay

  I was disappointed with this rental. The place was not as clean as it should have been—guest information book was dirty, a less-than-fresh smell in the room, dirty chair blanket and other cleaning concerns. There was outdated food items left behind, which felt careless, and the guest welcome bag was filled with cheap, expired items. Overall, it didn’t feel well-maintained or thoughtfully prepared. Definitely not up to the standard I expected.

  We take cleanliness and guest satisfaction seriously, and I immediately involved our property manager, Val from Short Stay Florida, to address your concerns during your stay.
  
  Val noted that you expressed disappointment that the property was not a hotel with daily housekeeping services. While we strive to create a comfortable and well-equipped space, our listing clearly indicates that this is a private vacation rental, not a hotel, and daily services are not included.
  
  Regarding the items in the kitchen, we intentionally stock open, commonly used cooking essentials such as spices for guest convenience. This is a standard amenity and has always been appreciated by past guests. Similarly, we provide a small welcome snack for each guest. In this case, the chips had a “best by” date of July 1, the day before your check-in, not expired, but we understand freshness is important and will consider that feedback.
  
  The guest book and a throw blanket you mentioned are cleaned and reviewed regularly, but we’ll ensure they are inspected more closely moving forward. As for the stone flooring, two small, permanent discolorations have not been an issue in the past, and Val made every effort to clean them again during your stay to ensure transparency and care.
  
  We do our best to create a welcoming and thoughtfully maintained space, and regret that your experience didn’t reflect that. Your feedback has been noted and will help us continue to improve."

• Anniversary week!

  We loved the resort. Location was perfect. Pool, beach, restaurant, etc. we had perfect weather. The bed was very comfortable. They also had toiletries, basic kitchen supplies. We will be back.
