Excellent Townhouse!
5/5 The townhouse was just as advertised. It's beautiful and very clean and the outdoor patio area with the hot tub is awesome. We enjoyed the extra amenities of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, etc... The manager was very responsive and organized. We found the house right away and had no problems with checking in. It was centrally located to all of the activities that we had planned and then we relaxed in the evening in the hot tub and enjoyed the warm Florida weather. Highly recommend!!

5/5 Excellent property, Jennie was able to help with every question we had. This VRBO was stocked better than any other VRBO we have visited. Only down side, my wife loved the main shower so much she now wants the exact shower at our home. Thanks for the great stay

Everything was just right!
5/5 My daughter and I stayed here for three nights while visiting the FGCU campus. It was perfect. The townhouse is so beautifully decorated and includes every modern convenience you could ask for. It felt luxurious, but comfortable. We also felt completely safe there.
The location was good in that there was a nearby grocery store, Bucketts restaurant/sports bar within walking distance (watched the Kentucky Derby there!), Starbucks right there, etc. It served us well.
Jennie was responsive and welcoming. I definitely recommend this property!
