  March 29 - April 6, 2025. Spring Break trip. Clean, comfortable, manageable vacation rental. With a minor AC hiccup and an early check out, we had a spectacular stay at this home. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and safe. Advertised a heated pool, but you have to pay extra for the heat. That was new. Helpful and courteous management/owners we enjoyed all of it.

  I just want to let you know a few things…the ant problem was not good and the ant traps didn’t work, the pool was ok but dirty a lot and with not much sun in the pool area it needs to be warmer for guest. we didn’t have enough toilet paper for the days we were here and the hallway bathroom toilet we have had to plunge every single time we used it. Also kitchen plates, bowls and silverware etc should be more supplied. Also more deck furniture. I have the towels on laundry room floor. Bedding in rooms and we have cleaned up nicely. Not sure what you want to do with all the mishaps because I feel the price we or anyone pay to stay in this house things should be in working order and especially bathroom essentials should be available to where someone doesn’t have to get a hold of anyone on their stay.

  Hi Shena, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues with the community amenities during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  
  - We provided you and your guests with 6 rolls of TP and additionally promptly brought over another 2 rolls for your visit.
  - We do not have any issues with the toilet but too much toilet paper was being flushed at one time. This will cause it to back up.
  - We have a patio table with four seats, two Adirondacks with cushions, and a cushioned loveseat for pool furniture. It's a small lanai and deck and can't accommodate much more than that seating.
  - We can't always rely on Mother Nature and do offer to heat the pool for a fee, you did not want to pay the fee. We also maintain the pool regularly. We have also cut the trees back to allow more sunshine.
  - We have appointments scheduled with pest control but when you called we went over and sprayed and left out ant traps. When food is left out or the counters are not clean and have food particles sugar ants will be attracted to our Florida environment, we do our best to keep them away. We have never seen ants when we have visited.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Fort Meyers 3 week family stay

  We enjoyed this community and location, and the property was lovely.The home was fairly clean and it did look how it did in the photos.With a longer stay, we were hoping for some instruction on garbage, recycling, as well as garbage bags and toilet paper for the length of our stay. That said, the owner of the home went out of his way to ensure that the pool was heated for our children and we really appreciated that.Wonderful area and stay.
