Terrible experience
1/5 We received no response to the email sent to the contact listed on ad the day we arrived. Front door was covered with dead bugs & yard was not maintained. Sofa was nasty, worn out and could not be sat on without sliding forward. Dining chairs were filthy. The ad said that pods were provided for the Keurig but there were none. No toilet paper holder in master bath and no trash can. There are several slats missing from the vertical blinds in the bedroom resulting in less privacy. There was a musty odor in the condo and there is no mention that the patio faces a very busy and noisy road. We drove over 6 hours to get there and left after one night. This is not typical of our experiences with VRBO but this was disgusting.

- The cleaning and maintenance teams have thoroughly addressed your concerns, including deep cleaning the sofa and dining chairs, restocking coffee pods, and resolving the missing blinds for better privacy.
- The yard and entryway have been cleaned up and will be regularly maintained to prevent similar issues in the future.

Very nice
4/5 Needs trash basket in bathrooms and a vacuum but very nice accomodations , Clean and updated i would stay again, left set of grill tools for next guests. Upstairs rear facing high windows appear to be leaking water on wall in left lower corner
