  The house was a perfect size for our big family. Loved the bunk beds for the teens. The pool was a gem ! Really enjoyed having it for the kids. Location was great not too far from Destin.

  We had a wonderful stay! The layout was perfect for a family with young kids, and Yanira, our guest contact, was amazing—responsive, friendly, and quick to help when needed.The private pool was a huge plus, especially with little ones. We also appreciated the safety alarm on the back door, which gave us peace of mind with a toddler around. Having both a Keurig and a coffee pot was a nice touch, especially since I was the only coffee drinker.A few downsides: the floors weren’t very clean when we arrived—our crawling baby had black knees after a couple of hours. Although the host sent cleaners out right away, they still didn’t feel fully clean. The beds weren’t very comfortable, which was unfortunate for a vacation stay. Also, the WiFi was a bit unreliable, which made it hard for my father-in-law to work remotely.Overall, the pros definitely outweighed the cons. With a few small updates, this home would be perfect. We’d happily stay again!

  Overall great experience but there were issues in the beginning that were a little alarming given the housekeeper took forever to be done and then missed some things. Nicely, the host responded with awesomeness. Couldn’t get in till 4PM and honestly it’s like a wasted day and a scam if you ask me. Deep cleaning and some TLC is needed in the yard and around the interior to make this place pop. You can tell it’s well used. Kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning and I would walk the entire home inch by inch.

  Our house was ready right at check in time 4pm. The house is a really good size. The master bathroom needs a hand towel rack. The kitchen does need some more cooking utensils. The house could also use some cleaning supplies. We were there a week with nothing to clean anything, just a broom. The house definitely needs a deep clean! The pool is big. The backyard does need some cleaning up. The beds were comfortable and we liked the game closet. If these things were done we would stay again. The location was nice and quiet!
