This condo is a "dice roll"...I guess the price was right for a reason.
1/5 the view was spectacular, and the amenities (pool, private beach, gym, tennis, etc) were excellent....
however, our building had an issue for 18 hours of no water and electric (apparently the water pump on the 2nd floor leaked into the electric panel on the 1st floor)---I am receiving a one night credit for this inconvenience.
But, the owner of this unit needs to drop a few hundred dollars into it....
On both patio doors the handles either broken or missing inside and out (Home Depot $11 each),
hole in wall where old toilet paper holder was (spackling $5),
the curved shower rod does not mount properly (droops down) which leaves 10" on each end of the curtain open ($26), and it also keeps the curtain bunched which has caused mold on it ($10 for a plastic shower liner),
the patio furniture was rough ($120 for a 3 pc set at ollie's),
baseboard trim is missing by the door ($15), and a couple of gallons of paint ($40 each)...a total of $300 would make the condo actually look like the pictures used to advertise it, along with a good cleaning

5/5 Nice condo overlooking the gulf. Great facilities- pool, clubhouse and fitness centre. Kim was an excellent host.
Wonderful View
5/5 This is the 3rd year we've stayed in this apartment block and the view from the balcony is amazing. The accommodation is everything you would want, clean, spacious, well-equipped and welcoming. The other residents in the block are very friendly. Parking is easy. The Nature Reserve linked to the accommodation is a lovely stroll with an abundance of wildlife. You will probably see dolphins during your stay and will definitely see pelicans!
We would recommend doing the kayak trip on the Crystal River at Weeki Wachee.
