  The location was close to the beach, but the house itself needs some updating. It was a little dirty when we arrived and needs some tlc to get a better rating. Both showers needed some work and the toiletries should be changed.

  We believe this review may have been intended for a different property, as it does not reflect the condition or experience we provide. Our home features two brand-new bathrooms, and we always stock fresh shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest.
  
  It's also important to note that the guest hosted a gathering of over 15 people on the day of arrival, which is a violation of our house rules. We have video documentation confirming this. It's possible that any cleanliness concerns may have resulted from this event, rather than the condition of the home at check-in.

• Cozy Villa near the beach

  We decided to go to Jensen and join my family who has an annual beach week there. The Villa has a lot to offer, all the amenities you would need and walking distance to the beach. It was also a half mile from where my sister and her family were staying, which was extra convenient. We’re so glad we found it and would definitely stay in the future. The private gated access to the beach was wonderful and we loved the tiki hut overlooking the beach, we took our photo there the first night. The beds were comfortable and the beach chairs/boogie boards were a plus.

• Excellent Property!

  The house was clean and with the perfect location, very comfortable and filled with everything possibly needed.The Tiki on the beach was perfect for our dogs and us, enough shade and breeze.Our Host Poldi was very attentive and always ready to respond all inquires and gave us advise on places to visit around. For sure one of the best places we have stayed in Hutchinson Island. A

• Absolutely Excellent!!

  Great property, very well equipped, clean and perfect location. We rented a boat and was less than 5 minutes away. The private access to the beach and the Tiki were Great for my dogs and us. Plenty of shade and breeze.

  Our host Poldi was very attentive and responded to all our inquires and gave us plenty of very good suggestions to go out to eat and sightseeing.

  What a beautiful villa hosted by the most lovely and attentive Poldi & Angel! From booking to checkin, from our stay to checkout and beyond, Poldi made sure we had a pleasant experience. The home is bright, modern, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen very well stocked. I didn’t have to bring anything. Bath & laundry products were well stocked too. Even our dog had bowls and plenty of poop bags. We look forward to our next stay at this lovely home away from home.Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!
