4/5 The home was super clean, comfortable and big enough for us. We rented it as a getaway mini vacation in honor of my daughter's 15th. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The dishwasher doesn't work at all. The washing machine doesn't drain the clothes. I would highly recommend some kitchen appliance upgrades, but other than that it is a beautiful home.
