• Lovely place to stay

  Very spacious 2 bedroom house, super well equipped and clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Beds are comfy, plenty of cozy blankets and towels. Cute coffee bar and full sized kitchen with new appliances. Couches are comfortable to sit on but not to sleep on (for an adult) so plan accordingly. AC works great.

  We only chose this rental because we needed a fully fenced in yard; however, the majority of the yard is not fenced. There was a small fenced area that was detached from the house, but we still had to bring the dogs to that area and couldn't let them out directly from the house. Also, the listing says there is a Keurig with coffee included, but fails to say that it's regular coffee and not Keurig pods.Additionally, we needed an earlier check-in; preferably sometime in the morning. The host was quick to respond that we could check in at noon as the house would be getting cleaned before that; however, when we got there, there was a dead roach in the living room surrounded by ants. Also, the grill was not clean. It was clear that the house wasn't cleaned the morning before we arrived, so it would've been nice to have been able to check in earlier.Other than these items, the house was generally tidy and looked nice, and the house was well stocked with appliances. The furniture was very uncomfortable though.

  Hi Taylor, we’re glad to hear the home was tidy and well-stocked, though we're sorry some aspects fell short of your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your comments, and they wanted to clarify the following:
  – The listing photos accurately show that the backyard is fully fenced, while the front yard is not. We provide regular ground coffee and chocolate for the Keurig, though individual pods aren't supplied.
  – We offered a noon check-in—three hours earlier than standard—after a same-day guest departure at 10:00 AM. Our cleaner completed the service promptly, and we did a walkthrough, but didn’t see any pests. Regular pest control is already in place as a preventative measure. The grill is located away from the main house and may have been missed during turnover, but we’ll make sure it’s checked and cleaned going forward.
  – Furniture comfort can vary by preference, but the listing photos accurately show the furnishings so guests can decide if the setup works for them before booking.
  The homeowner is committed to creating a welcoming and well-prepared space. We'll continue working together to support great guest experiences.

• We had a great time

  It was a little confusing at first with the address list as the address with the unit a it’s kind of in someone’s backyard and when we pulled up, she did not speak any English. I had to show her the address on my phone, but that was the only thing we showed on our phone, she pointed and showed me. to get in and get settled it was very clean. The kids had fun. There’s air hockey on the porch with the little ones loved. We were able to have a family member stop by and see us and visit for a little bit so we could go out to eat. It’s very much worth the money and if going back to Florida anytime soon, we’ll probably stay again if this is available such a great day best experience on a vacation we have ever had.

  We really enjoyed staying at this place. Very roomy. Enjoyed people watching from deck. It says second row, but you are really right at beach. Some people complained about cameras, not a problem for us. We brought food to cook and house was equipped with everything to cook it! They supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, bath soap in some baths, etc. WiFi was in and out a couple of times, but that is to be expected at beach! Location and house is awesome. Clean and comfy. Very nice decor in cabin! Easy to book and excellent host!
