CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The keys to the home are accessible via lockbox. As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the lockbox
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
- Obtain the key fob from the office before 4pm- if planning on arriving after 4pm please contact guest contact early in the day so he can provide the key fob upon arrival. 
- During business hours the guest can get into the building by entering the code 0000 at the front doors and the front desk will let you in.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room, and begin a load of laundry
- Please turn thermostat per instructions
- Turn off hot water heater
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the surface lot. The surface lot is located behind the parking garage. There are no reserved stalls in the surface lot and parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
