Nice stay overall with some small issues
4/5 We overall quite enjoyed our stay here, but we did have some issues. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and the location wonderful. We loved the dock and pond access, and the neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors friendly (I was training for a race so I spent a lot of time running in the area). The house was nicely appointed, although the complimentary toiletries were not supplied. Also, it mentions "step-free access," which is true, but there were small room dividers everywhere on the floor that make access for someone with difficulties walking complicated. There was a lot of space, which was wonderful as we had people from different families staying with us, but all the beds were uncomfortable, and the one in the second room with an ensuite was very hard. A foam mattress topper was provided, but did not entirely fix the issue for us. The pool was lovely, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the sound of the waterfall and the beautiful weather on the nice patio furniture. And it was SO pretty at night! The pool is unheated, as noted in the listing, and in October was too cold to actually swim in, unfortunately. On our last night, we got a text from the property manager with a list of things to clean/do. I don't mind cleaning up after myself (taking out trash, washing the dishes used), but for the price charged doing laundry or wiping down furniture is a bit much, and it was stressful to get that text when things were already busy.

5/5 Our family of 7 stayed here for a week in July while attending our son's baseball tournament. I could not have asked for a more wonderful stay! The communication with the owner was great. She was responsive when needed and sent us a reminder and a link for the launch that could be viewed from the front yard! The pool was beautifully clean and refreshing. The house is well-maintained and meticulously cared for. The photos don't do the home justice. We will definitely be planning to stay here again.
