5/5 The house was in a great location, easy parking, easy to find, great communication with host from day of booking to check out. The house was beautiful decorated nice furnishings well stocked kitchen. Lots of stuff for use at the beach. We did not have time to go to the beach. But water all around the area. Beautiful view. Very close to port. I have put this house on our to visit again list.

The best part of the house is all of the beach supplies. Was great to not have to pack chairs, towels and beach toys ourselves, and just use the rental's supplies. Loved being able to park our car in the garage.
The beds were adequate, but uncomfortable. Ok for kids, not so much for parents or if you're elderly. Appreciated the extra bedding to utilize the pull out couch bed. Kitchen has all the basic tools needed, and a great coffee bar.
Neighborhood is a basic residential neighborhood, so be prepared to drive to everything. Bring a big enough vehicle to take advantage of the bikes, kayak, and other toys accesible from rental.
