Great stay overall
4/5 Overall, we had a great stay. We love the building and the amenities. The apartment was good, but one of the fixtures in the bathroom was broken. The apt seemed clean, but the smell was strong in the bathroom.

Awesome location with great amenities!
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was a cozy one bedroom in the Miami Design District with a resort style swimming pool, GREAT location - many restaurants and coffee shops that you can safely walk to,
- while being close proximity to Miami beach (also a 15 min Uber ride to South Beach). The owner was quick to respond if we needed anything and was super helpful.
Get the basics right!
2/5 The linen was filthy, zero paper products, zero soap, difficult to use tv remote.

- Regarding the linens, we want to assure you that we always provide freshly laundered sheets for our guests. It is important to note, that in preparation for your stay, new sheets were provided, so we were perplexed by your comment.
- As for the paper products and soap, we apologize if these were not readily visible during your stay. We do provide toilet paper, which is typically stored under the sink in the bathroom. We understand that our guests may have varying preferences for coffee and sugar, which is why we do not provide these items as part of our standard amenities.
- Regarding the TV remote, we apologize if you found it difficult to use. We appreciate your feedback and will look into ways to make this more user-friendly for future guests.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
