  This was a cute little home perfect for our group! Though with larger groups one washroom is an ensuite. There was kids bodywash in the washroom which if was bought just for us, Thank you! Coffee was there for when we got there was a huge plus. Plenty of parking for everyone! It's says family friendly, but it's not toddler and infant friendly, as most of the decorative furniture is glass and heavy art on table and TV stand.

  The rooms were dated and need of some TLC. The kitchen did not have sufficient quality item to cook. We spent over $250 on buying items for the kitchen (cutting knives, pots, frying pan, BBQ and utensils. We left all these items for future guests.

  The location was good for the Miami Dolphins game and the neighbours were very friendly. Very close to shopping.

  Overall we had a good time but it could have been better.

  Convenient, clean, and accommodated our big family but the place needs updating. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker and bathroom amenities other than soap (toilet paper, hand towels, etc.)

• Excellent for a family stay

  The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious-plenty of space for the 9 people in our group. The location is close to a grocery store, restaurants, beaches, the airport, and the main highway. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t have access to the back area, which was shown in the photos. However, we greatly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
