CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry on the side door. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishables from the refrigerator
- Take all trash, garbage, and recyclables to the outside trash container
- Garbage pick-up is on Wednesday and Saturday. Please take the trash containers to the curb on Tuesday and Friday evening so trash can be collected on Wednesday and Saturday morning. Put the containers back where you found them on Wednesday and Saturday evening
- Please do not leave any garbage, perishables, or belongings inside the property or the yard. If you have any excess garbage that cannot fit in the outside trash containers, please take it to the dump
- Load and start the dishwasher. Housekeepers will put the clean dishes away
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Strip linens from all used sleeper sofas and put the sofa back together/return it to its original spot
- Place all used bath towels in a pile in the laundry room, and begin a load of laundry
- Ensure the garage is closed
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
