5/5 good but needs a few things
3/5 There were no fire alarms in the condo- they were missing!We didn't have enough towels, there was only one garbage bag , no soap in shower or tissues in bathroom. There was also no dishwasher soap . Pots and pans in kitchen need to be updated. Lights and fan need to be updated. Overall it was comfortable- pool and beach very nice.

Hi Jane, we take guest safety and comfort very seriously, so we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to clarify the following:
-There are currently four working fire alarms in the condo, as required by both the condo association and the city, and the homeowner will double-check everything during their next visit to ensure all safety measures are in place.
-Additional bath towels and beach towels will be added to ensure future guests have plenty of linens.
-The homeowner will also review the stock of essentials like garbage bags, soap, and dishwasher detergent to ensure they are fully replenished for every stay.
-The pots and pans are high-quality Calphalon, but the homeowner will inspect them during their visit to ensure they are still in good condition.
-Two new umbrellas will be added after previous ones were stolen over the summer.
