  We were excited to stay here as the pictures looked great; we were excited about the pool and proximity to the park. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned, or if it was, it was done very poor. The floor was dirty in most rooms, the bed linens were not clean, there was trash in the beds and window sills and a giant spider web in one of the windows. When I contacted the realtor, she was incredibly responsive and assured us that the house would get cleaned and issues taken care of. She was able to get a cleaner to the house the next day, however, we had to pack up our belongings and stay out of the house for 5-6 hours while the cleaner was there. We were thankful to have things cleaned, but we had a shorter vacation this year so losing the majority of one day was unfortunate.

  Overall, I don’t feel the quality of the house was what we expected. A couple of positives, the pool was much bigger than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and arcade. This was our second visit to Palm Coast and do love the community and everything it has to offer.

• Traveling for sports, great stay

  Immediately upon arrival, we could tell the owner had put much effort into renovating this house. Top of the line appliances, furniture, and finishes. Very comfortable accommodations for our family of five.

  The only small complaints I have about the property is that 1) there were no door mats or rugs at any of the doors. It rained a lot while we were there and really wished there had been rugs for drying feet. 2) The lack of kitchen utinsils. We cooked a lot, and I had to buy several items that are usually supplied in rentals.

  Overall, we were very comfortable during our stay. While we probably won't ever visit the area again, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is. 👍

• Excellent stay

  This home was perfect for my group of 7 people everything was clean we the lake behind the home was a plus I love to wake up and see the water the owner went above and beyond we will definitely be back!

  One if not the best place I stayed the host was amazing I can tell you how incredible is this place definitely under priced 20/10
