CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The condo is accessible via keyless entry
- Ryan will send you the code for the keyless entry prior to your arrival
- Parking & Resort Wristbands: There is a rate of $50 per vehicle (2 vehicles max) for the Sterling Breeze Resort fee. This flat fee covers the parking garage (2 vehicles maximum) as well as guest wristbands to access the resort's community amenities. Wristbands can be obtained at the gift shop in the condo's main entrance upon check in. Instructions for parking and wrist bands are listed below
- A luggage cart is available in the breezeway on the second floor of the parking garage. Please do not bring the luggage cart inside the condo to protect the hardwood floors
- Please inform Ryan of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please text the housekeeper Austin at 850.890.8257 to let them know you are leaving
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the trash chute opposite the elevators on the west end
- Load the dishwasher, but do not run it upon departure
- Leave all used beds unmade
- Place all used towels in the bathtubs
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

Resort Passes/Pool Wrist Bands Are Required at Sterling Breeze
- To register, print or reprint Resort Pass(es) use a personal mobile device and the printer in the lobby next to the reception desk
- Open the Sterling Breeze website: sterlingbreezepass.com on your device
- Follow instructions to register all vehicles, pay and print or reprint the Resort Pass per vehicle (max 2 vehicles)
- Link mobile device to the lobby printer and print Resource Pass(es)
- Display printed Resort Pass in your vehicle to avoid vehicle towing.
- Show your Resort Pass confirmation to pick up pool wristbands from the reception desk during hours of operation
- If you need assistance, the receptionist desk or security are available between the hours of 7:30 am – 11 pm, seven days a week
- Failure to have a parking pass displayed in windshield within 24 hours of arrival, may result in your vehicle being towed without warning!
