• Best Beach Stay!

  My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Emerald Dreams beach condo! Catherine has provided everything that you need for a very relaxing and comfortable and fun time at the beach! Her condo is located on the end closest to the state park which provides a lower number of people on the beach, which makes it not as crowded as the other end! It is so conveniently located to the beach that it makes going back-and-forth to the condo very easy! The balcony overlooks the ocean and is wonderful for drinking coffee in the morning and even better to watch the sunsets in the evening! There is plenty of seating in the family room and the big table provides plenty of room for your family! The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that we needed! The condo is also located very near the elevator so it makes unloading and loading very easy!

  I can’t think of a better place to enjoy the beach!

  Everything in this condo is perfect. It is beautifully decorated with many high-end finishes. It was sparkling clean on our arrival. The bed in the master was so comfortable. We have stayed at many units at Pinnacle Port and this one has been our favorite.

• Our new favorite vacation spot!

  We've stayed here two years in a row now. The first time, we stumbled across it because we had an Evolve credit we needed to use, but it was so wonderful that it's now our yearly anniversary tradition.

  Catherine's condo is in an ideal location, right next to the (very swimmable and private) beach, and with a gorgeous view from the balcony. It has been beautiful and clean both times. The surrounding condo community is also beautiful (and safe)!

  Catherine is also a wonderful host. She is caring, communicative, and provides a closet full of all the beach gear we could want! We will definitely be staying again.

  My family of four had an amazing spring break at Catherine’s condo! The breathtaking views of the state park from the balcony were simply unbeatable. We spent our days reading and simply relaxing, taking in the tranquility of the surroundings. Catherine’s unit was meticulously stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay even more comfortable. We were particularly drawn to the peaceful atmosphere of the area, which allowed us to stroll to the Carillon Market for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The location was also convenient, with grocery stores and tons of restaurants in PCB or 30a. We highly recommend booking with Catherine in the future. She is an exceptional host who takes great pride in her unit and ensures that every guest has a wonderful experience.

  This Condo was Very Nice. When we checked in the condo was very clean. It had a lot of closet space. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony had Nice balcony chairs to watch the dolphins. We will stay there again. The owner was very nice to work with.
