CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking lot
- Upon arrival, please ensure you purchase your parking pass and property wristbands through the HONK system sign located at the front office. A parking pass can be purchased for $40.00
- Parking passes must be clearly displayed on your windshield at all times while on Portside property. Vehicles without a visible pass are subject to towing at the owner’s expense
- Visitor parking spaces are used on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitor parking spaces may not be reserved or claimed by any unit
