5/5 We were pleasantly surprised at how much we loved staying here. We had mentally prepared to be nickeled and dimed to death with hidden fees. Instead we paid one rate for an abundance of things to do. Anything we thought of doing we had there and there was never a wait to do any of it. The staff who booked our cruises and e-bike rentals were so friendly and helpful. The room itself was gorgeous and clean and well stocked. You could tell the owner put a lot of thought into making sure we had everything to make our stay relaxing. The balcony made the perfect spot to watch the air shows. The rooms were spaced out and there was never a wait for elevators. June grass was a problem, but that was no one’s fault but our own for booking the time of year we did.
Beautiful Views, But Beware the Black Floors!
4/5 This condo truly delivers on its promise of a beautiful bay view. Waking up to the serene waters and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was an absolute dream and the highlight of our stay. The location right on the beach is fantastic, offering easy access to the sand and surf.However, we encountered a significant and rather unhygienic issue that unfortunately impacted our comfort: the floors. Almost immediately upon walking around the condo, our feet turned completely black. This wasn't just a light smudge; it was as if the floors hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time, leaving a gritty, dark residue that transferred instantly to our skin. We found ourselves constantly needing to wash our feet or wear socks/slippers, which was an unexpected hassle and detracted from the overall relaxation we were seeking.While the stunning views and beach access are undeniable draws, the cleanliness of the floors is a serious concern that needs to be addressed. If sparkling clean floors are important to you, you might want to inquire about this issue before booking. If you can overlook (or perhaps bring plenty of dark socks!), the views are certainly worth it. For the amount of money they're charging as a cleaning fee, this should not be an issue.
