Great fun was had!
5/5 We gad a great time with a family reunion at this house. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had up to date appliances and an outdoor grill with a full propane tank. The house is in a quite older neighborhood. Leslie was easy to communicate and gave some gold recommendations. The checking in was easy and the value was definitely great. Thanks again!

- Our home is still the same as the listing photos; nothing has changed since Evolve took those photos other than the upgraded bed frames in two of the rooms.
- We're actually located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It's safe enough that we can even leave packages outside without worry.
- Being in Florida, insects can be prevalent in the area. However, we have regular pest control treatments to keep any issues in check. Also, our cleaning partner is very thorough. She also sent someone over to clean up the two dead insects that might have recently crawled in during your stay.
- The home was remodeled with brand-new cabinets, quartz countertops, and brand-new stainless steel appliances.

5/5 The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice fenced in backyard. We found it very clean and well stocked. Fluffy towels and clean soft sheets (a must for me). Provided a grill and utensils to cookout and enjoy the outdoor sitting area. The kids liked the foosball table and gaming system. The hostess, Leslie, was informative and super friendly. We would stay here again if in the area.
