  This property was great the host was awesome. We were renting a place to see family for the holiday weekend this was located at their back gate. so location for us was amazing and what a wonderful weekend,

  Upon arrival, my partner and I experienced immediate physical discomfort, including coughing, sneezing, burning eyes and throat, and congestion. These symptoms appeared within minutes of entering the property and seemed directly related to the overwhelming smell of mold and moisture, particularly in the bathroom and garage.In addition to the health hazards, the property was clearly unsanitary and not maintained to any acceptable standard of cleanliness. We observed the following:Visible mold on the inner shower curtain liner.Accumulated dirt and hair on the baseboards.Dust and dirt buildup in the corners of the floors and on window sills.What appeared to be semen and other people’s body hair on the bedding.Food stains on kitchen cabinets.What appeared to be blood on a wall.Insects crawling on the kitchen floor. These conditions are not only misleading based on the posted listing but also represent a serious health and safety concern.We were unable to stay in the property due to its condition. This completely ruined our vacation and cost us hundreds of dollars on top of the property costs.The management company Evolve has refused to make things right, even after producing photographic evidence of the issues.

  - We’ve since walked through the home ourselves to ensure everything is meeting our usual cleanliness standards and remains safe and comfortable for future guests.

  We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials for cooking. Easily accessible location to local beaches and fun. Beds were also really comfortable!! One minor thing might be to add a light for the backyard. But overall, we were happy with this property:)
