  We loved this Seaspray condo! Arrived happy to find brand new furniture and in super clean inviting Gulffront condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, foils, oils, storage containers, and nice cookware to prepare family meals. Snacks, waters, and a coffee station was also provided. I was happy to see rhe carpet had been taken out due to my allergies. Beautiful tile has been added!!!! The balcony was wonderful to sit and enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wines. Leslie was the most amazing host! She loaned us beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas saving us a few hundred dollars!! She was always available and had local recommendations on restaurants.. she was right on and there are some delicious local spots! Parking was a breeze and we got a 2 hour early check in hassle free. This is a winner!!!

  We had a wonderful experience in this updated cute condo! It combines old world charm and integrates new modern touches. The updated new sectional couch was a pleasant surprise since our last visit! Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Fresh and clean as it has been everytime we stay. Leslie is always a fantastic host with some true southern charm!! She will take good care of her guests and thats rare these days! December here we come again!!

• Delightful vacation rental

  First off: My review is factual. The reviews before my vacation date had me very worried!!

  The condo is at the Seaspray in Perdido Key. It is a beautiful property with a sparkling clean pool just steps to the beach. The staff is very polite and helpful. The condo was immaculately clean and smelled wonderful with no overpowering odors. The carpet had been replaced with nice tile flooring. There seemed to be many new updates since the photos were taken and that was a pleasant surprise!! The beds are very comfortable and clean sheets. Plenty of towels and bath cloths were provided. Too many thoughtful touches to write out, but they are there such as spices, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The view is ahhhhhmazing (the host was right)!!!! The lock box access is very easy to find and opens right up. The location is central to everything we needed such as Publix, restaurants, activities, fishing, etc. I cannot speak highly enough about our contact, Leslie. She made sure everything was perfect for our vacation. Wonderful vacation in Perdido Key at 703 Seaspray!!!
