  First issue was a small 'beach house" in the backyard. At first we were excited, an extra bathroom! After contacting the property manager, we were informed that was for another renter. A MALE renter. A random stranger, who would be entering the property at a random time, with us women in the main house. Definitely was NOT mentioned in the summary anywhere on VRBO or the management site. Second issue was the two random roaches in the bathroom. I understand it's Florida, but Pest control exists everywhere. Thirdly was this overwhelming strange hit-you-in-the-face smell when you walk in. Almost like propane and musty? The livingroom furniture is so uncomfortable. We tried to find spots to sit and have movie night, but it failed. We had to use the dining room table for card and board games. Finally the bathroom. Not a standard chair level toilet. More like a toilet for folks under 5ft tall. And located in a tiny space to the left as you walk in. Narrow, low, and oddly tje sinks were regular tall size. Random things like broken mini blinds, sheets left in the dryer, fridge had food in it, only 1 dishwasher pod, and you have to lift the front door up a bit, to get it to lock from the outside.

  House equipped with all amenities. Excellent location, we took daily walks by the walking path on the Gulf. Pet friendly .

• Perfect for a Family Vacation

  Everything about this rental was awesome for our family vacation with 6 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the laundry facility and full kitchen really helped take a lot of stress out of the vacation. The screened-in porch has a view of the water, and we even saw some dolphins while sitting on the swing! It's close to a lot of amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops so we didn't have to spend too much precious vacation time running errands. Would likely stay here again next time we come to town.

• Loved your cozy cottage.

  Great neighborhood, we enjoyed sitting on the large screened in front porch. We could see the water from the house.The house was clean, comfortable, and homey. If you're a fisherman the navy point boat ramp is right down the street. We enjoyed our stay.
