East Hills Pensacola
2/5 Great location convenient to downtown and several restaurants. The bed was a nightmare. Until the owner replaces the bed, I would not stay at this property. The mattress folded like a taco and provided no support.

From the owner: "We hate to hear that you had an issue with the bed. A bad night's stay is not what we want to hear. We are working to resolve that today. A new mattress was purchased and delivered to that unit 6 weeks ago, so we suspect that maybe the mattress was not the issue, but rather the supporting system. We hope you reached out to our point of contact, Leslie. She can resolve issues within hours if alerted to them."
Great place
5/5 I found the apartment to be VERY clean, fresh smelling, and nicely furnished. It was very well stocked with all necessities. The bed is very comfortable and plenty of nice fluffy towels are provided. My host, Leslie, was always available and made sure my visit went great. She even brought me a beach cooler to use. The service and rental are both top notch!!
