5/5 Great location. Great balcony to sit in morning and evening. We were there for a wedding at Longboat Key Club and very close by. Safe friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of stuff. Spent a Sunday at the Lido Beach Resort Tiki bar.....do not miss this place (short walk), so much fun, great bartenders, and no problem putting our football team on TVs! Perfect spot for only 3 nights!

4/5 Overall the property was very nice and perfect for our needs is September. We liked the location and could walk everywhere.The only problem was the front door deadbolt that was so difficult to turn with the key that we could never lock the door because we were afraid we would not be able to open the bolt. The unit needs a new deadbolt. We contacted management - Evolve - and they were very slow in getting back to us and they issue was never resolved. I don't think we will use Evolve again

5/5 Fantastic property, very clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach (literally just across the street) and brief stroll to shops and restaurants was a dream. Excellent communication throughout the stay. Would def come back again!
