4/5 Beautiful home and close to the beach! The pool and layout of the house is welcoming. It's a private oasis! It was difficult to get a response back from the management company regarding a late check-out, but it was a great time overall. The house is for sale, so not sure if it will be available as a rental for VRBO much longer.

SPACIOUS
4/5 Large and comfortable house with separate bedrooms and bathrooms offering appreciated privacy. Nice lanai with eating area and pool/outside view. The pool is not heated and was too cool to use during our stay (late February). Comfortable lounge chairs; tiki bar was not usable. The Wifi didn't work during our stay. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, cooking and eating paraphenalia. Very convenient to downtown Sarasota, beaches and shopping and restaurants. Overall a very nice house.

5/5 The house was so charming - set up like an Italian villa. Lots of space and the backyard was fantastic. We donated some beach and bath towels from Amazon based on the reviews. The only thing I might change is some nicer bedding and pillows. It was chilly at night and we were cold - so we used the extra blankets from the living room. A light comforter would have made it perfect.
