Great Place
5/5 Great place to stay. Very nice, very clean, and everything was as advertised. Check in and out was easy. Great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

No Internet/ television
1/5 The condo had no imternet or television and we contacted manager and they told us company was coming to fix it. No one came to fix and we spent the weekend with no internet access and no television.

Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: Upon being informed of the TV and internet outage, we promptly reached out to Xfinity and scheduled a repair appointment. Unfortunately, while they did come the next day, they did not notify us of their arrival as expected and left without completing the necessary repairs. Despite our repeated efforts to secure weekend service, we were unable to reach them. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused and understand your frustration. The issue has since been fully resolved. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We truly appreciate your feedback!
Very nice
4/5 We enjoyed our time perfect for 2 couples. However did not like being called less than 24 hours before check in evolve called to say our reservation was cancelled. This was a mistake on evolves end NOT THE OWNER. EVOLVE should make sure all information is correct to avoid upsetting clients before making such a call. The owners condo was a pleasure with everything needed for an enjoyable experience
