Chatham Villa
4/5 Loved the Villa, the Tv was terrible. Could only watch Sling Free, with commercials every 3 minutes. The DVD was not hooked up and there wasn’t a Magnavox remote anywhere. So we were lucky had kindles. Therefore., we would not rent the Villa again.

Property had a lot of issues - in need of repair and update
3/5 Ripped screen door on porch, broken patio door (would only open about 2 inches, whole place smelled musty, all sinks dripped, toilets ran, toilet in master bathroom made a loud howling noise with every flush for the first week we were there. Garage door randomly went up when we weren't there. Thankfully we thought to lock the inside house door before we left. Ratty towels and floor mats don't look good when people stay. But, at least it gave us a place to sleep, shower and dress while we were there. So, we're thankful for that.

Disappointing
2/5 The place is very rundown. The dishwasher was broken and full of water before we arrived. It was never fixed, even though I reported it to the property manager. After an entire month, it was really gross and disgusting. I have stayed in 15 to 20 Vrbo’s and this was the worst one.

- The dishwasher issue was reported after check-in, and we tried multiple times to schedule a repair but weren’t able to connect. A new dishwasher was ordered and installed as soon as it became available.

1/5 This place could have been nice IF it was clean. I never saw such dirty, filthy carpeting ever. The kitchen, which is supposed to be the cleanest room in any house, apartment or whatever was so dirty. I made sure to wash anything I needed for cooking etc before I used. The last thing I will discuss is the pillows. So stained that it was disgusting. We went out and bought our own.

5/5 My day was amazing the house was very clean it was very well stocked with everything you could think of that you may need on a trip very comfortable home and a great location five star rating!!!!
