2/5 The house was beautiful, very clean. I gave this stay a 2 due to the face that the owner never communicated with us. Didn’t send check in instructions, I asked questions with no response starting from April 23rd. It was stated during the request to book what we were here for. And that we would have 2 boats with us. This is a no boat neighborhood. That was never said to us untill day 6 of our 8 day stay when VRBO called me because the owner reached out to them. Still never reached out to me!! The listing did not state no boats or large truck, I have those screen shots. The owner had VRBO add them to the listing yesterday.

The owners have now added clear details to the listing about the neighborhood’s rules on boats and large trucks so future guests have everything they need before arrival.
