Nice, Updated Unit
4/5 The unit was very nice and up to date. My family stayed for a long weekend and we did see some of the other units - this one by far was the nicest aesthetically. If it had been properly advertised, I would have given it five stars. When I rented the unit it was advertised as having a full sized pull out couch which does not exist. We are a family of 5 with teenagers who do not care to sleep together so we really needed the extra space. I did contact the owner who was apologetic, but what could they do other than change the listing so that others don't rely on that fact. There was an air mattress in the closet, but when I woke up in the morning it was about 90% deflated so it was either user error with the valve or it doesn't work. If you are reading this, the unit comfortably sleeps 4. I did read some reviews about the dock not being accessible. It was about 95% complete when we stayed there in July and had no issues at all getting a space for the boat. There is a ramp on site at the condos which is also super convenient. Great place, very comfortable and has everything you need as long as it suits your sleeping needs.
