4/5 We have stayed in Peachtree Condos many times, and we know what to expect. This building is conveniently located and the people at the reception/security desk are very friendly and professional. Macie, our contact at Evolve was very courteous and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. We would book with Evolve again.

Listing is not as advertised
1/5 The property itself was decent. The pull-out couch bed was completely broken- springs had come off and the bed itself was fallen apart. I took pictures and sent it to the host, which she never responded to. There was also no shampoo and conditioner- of which was listed in the description as bathroom amenities, and she told me to check under the sink. There were none. The towels were also stained. Host did not respond to any of the photos and then just sent the standard check-out message. Very poor service, the unit was in poor shape, do not recommend!
