5/5 We love this house. It’s is our second time staying here. The river out back is very beautiful and relaxing. We sat in it every day to relax and read. The host this time was different than the one we had the first time. The communication wasn’t as good but any concerns were addressed. The first time just felt more outgoing and friendly. I am used to hosts sending recommendations on activities and food and being communicative during our stay. The house itself needs a few minor repairs but the back deck, hot tub, and flat screen out back are amazing. We would love to stay here again. The first time we didn’t do the tubing in town but I would recommend it! It was fun but less busy during the week. There are some great waterfall hikes nearby as well.

Great cabin! The River House is the best!
5/5 Super amazing cabin on the river! Close to Helen downtown, far away enough to feel isolated from hustle and bustle. I will definitely return to this property!

5/5 My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. We wanted to explore Helen and the mountains. It was such a wonderful experience and the house more than met our expectations! It had a very warm, mountain cabin feel with all the modern amenities to make your stay amazing! We had an issue with the heat while we were there but it was resolved quickly. The outdoor space is amazing and we hope to bring our children when the weather is nice and tube in the river. The location is amazing, away from everything but super close to town and on a main road which makes it very convenient to go explore and then come back to the house! We highly recommend this house and can't wait to stay again!
