Wonderful stay!
5/5 We had a wonderful time at Forrest Cottage! The house was very clean and just as pictured. It was just a short walk to the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes needed for all meals. The king bed was comfortable. The hot tub was one of the cleanest we have seen at a rental home with no mildew smell that most seem to have. Bettye was the best host ever! She called the day we were leaving to give us directions and called to make sure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Outstanding house
5/5 Second time staying here, this time for our 44th anniversary, love the house and hot tub. Our host is always accommodating and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Hiawasee.
Comfortable and relaxing
5/5 Spent several days at this cabin before Thanksgiving. We arrived late, got a little lost, but once we were there we felt right at home. The cabin was very clean inside and had all the amenities we were accustomed too. The beds are very comfortable. My son enjoyed having the upstairs to play. The air hockey table was a bonus. The screened in porch was very relaxing. The cabin is a short drive off of the highway, but the drive up to the house is steep- not a negative, but be prepared. Bettye is an excellent host and we would definitely stay at this cabin again.

5/5 We loved the house. You will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle!!
The owner was great and checked in with us before the arrival time to make sure we had a good idea of how to get there. She was always available for any questions we had.

5/5 We had a great time here. Everything was super clean and neat. Lots of games. Everything you need to cook. The hot tub was super clean. We loved it and hope to be back again!
